Water Volume Calculation
Total Water = Batch Size + Boil-Off + Trub Loss + Grain Absorption + Equipment Loss
Mash water is calculated at 2.6 L/kg. Sparge water is the remainder (Total - Mash). For BIAB, all water goes into the mash.
